Q1. My balance have been deducted, but customer did not received ?

A1. Please wait for 20 to 25 minutes as there can be delay in sms messaging service from operator end. If still not received
after that time then please call our Customer Care Executive.

Q2. What is the process of STV?

A2. STV is Special Tariff Voucher, i.e. this option is used for special recharge schemes like SMS pack, GPRS pack, free night
call pack, etc.

Q3. How I can recharge for Mobile Network Portable number (MNP)?

A3. Web Interface user can do by using Portability under Recharge Option in Menu bar. SMS users can recharge portable
numbers by using keyword T*MobileNumber*Amount*Operator Name.

Q4. How I can define if number is portable or not?

A4. Please check with the Customer whether his number is ported or not , if yes then ask for operator name where it is ported.

Q5. I am using the proper sms syntax , but still recharge is showing failed?

A5. Please contact our Customer Care Executive.

Q6. I have forget my password , how I can get it back?

A6. Please send sms PWD through your register number to 9910880808 or 9211727040.

Q7. Sometime customer received the balance but I am not getting confirmation message?

A7. Please wait upto 30 minute there can be delay in sms sending gateway by operator end.

A8. No its free of cost to provide you better services.

Q9. How I can change my registered mobile number?

A9. Please contact to your Distributer or CNF .

Q10. When I can make next transaction at same number with same amount?

A10. You can do after 2 hours .

Q11. Sometime Vodafone and Airtel postpaid bills not updated instant time?

A11. All postpaid bills will take approx 24 to 48 hours for updation on customer mobile .
